As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that generate leads, increase visibility, and drive revenue. You’ll work across paid media, SEO, content, email automation, and analytics, optimizing campaigns for performance and scalability.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on performance metrics, loves experimenting with new tools, and is passionate about helping brands grow in the digital space.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and technical audits
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Track KPIs, analyze data in GA4, and prepare insightful client reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create landing pages, blog strategies, and ad creatives
- Assist in A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and funnel improvements
- Monitor digital trends and contribute fresh ideas to client campaigns
- Manage project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with account and creative teams
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- Skilled in Google Analytics, GA4, and reporting platforms (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Experience with email platforms and automation workflows
- Solid project management and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you’ll play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and maintaining websites and applications using Laravel, WordPress, and other modern technologies. You’ll work closely with our designers, marketers, and clients to bring ideas to life through clean code, scalable architecture, and user-focused experiences.

- Develop responsive websites, custom themes, and plugins using WordPress and Laravel
- Build and maintain APIs, admin panels, dashboards, and web apps with Laravel
- Optimize website performance, load speed, and SEO-readiness
- Convert Figma or XD designs into fully functional, pixel-perfect front-end layouts
- Troubleshoot bugs, security issues, and browser compatibility problems
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to execute web projects
- Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, CRMs, APIs, analytics)
- Maintain clean, well-documented, version-controlled code (Git)
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, WordPress, MySQL
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery, Vue.js or React is a plus)
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
- Familiar with Git version control and deployment pipelines

As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you’ll be the front line of Wolf Vista’s growth. You’ll identify new business opportunities, pitch our services to potential clients, manage inbound leads, and help close deals that drive mutual success.
This role is perfect for someone who understands digital services, is passionate about solving client problems, and thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries
- Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks for digital marketing, branding, and web development services
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and consultations with potential clients
- Build and nurture relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, dev) to deliver accurate estimates and solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or equivalent) with lead and deal data
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital technologies
- 2–4 years of sales or business development experience in a digital agency or tech environment
